I know, I know!

I have been a total slacker! I just haven't been in the mood to blog. I haven't even been checking other people's blogs much. I guess I've been so stressed that I haven't had room in my brain to think about it. But alas, I am finished with my 3rd year of teaching! I have 6 weeks to be not-so-stressed. Nice. I had a really hard time saying good-bye to my classes this year. I actually have had 2 dreams about it since Thursday and have cried in my dreams both times. I love my kids! It's sad to know I won't get to see them everyday, but somehow, I will have room in this little heart of mine to love my next class that much....but for 6 weeks, I prefer not to think about that! :) I think I shall focus on getting rid of my WHITE legs and on catching up on some sleep. That sounds nice.

We went camping this last weekend up at Redman in Big Cottonwood Canyon. It was super. The weather was very cooperative and it was nice and relaxing. Except for the hike we went on. That was NOT relaxing. I thought it was very possible that I might die before it was over. Man, I am OUT OF SHAPE! Thanks. I think I'll go to the gym right now. Sheesh! It was a really, really pretty hike, however. I would recommend it, but if you haven't been to the gym in a while, I might run a few miles before you try it. It leads up to this really pretty, isolated lake called Lake Blanche. I took a nap there. :) It was really pretty and I even got some sun on my legs so I guess my near death experience was worth it. Perhaps I will post some pictures soon.

Ashley also kindly reminded me that I have yet to post pictures of our no-longer-new house, so I shall attempt to do that soon as well. But for now, this is all!
