Just a little rant...

You know what? I'm sick of all the economy stuff. It hasn't affected Judd and I a whole lot, but I have friends that have lost their jobs and our bi-annual family re-union was canceled this summer because of the hardships that people are experiencing. I think it stinks. I love the family re-unions! Anyway, I know it's a real problem and obviously I know it really stinks for some people, but I am getting sick of hearing about it CONSISTENTLY on the news and radio. Seriously. Ever listen to NPR in the mornings? If so, can you think of a time in the past few months when their topic has NOT been on the economy? Maybe we just don't have to talk about it ALL the time. Maybe we could still hear about the positive things. I know not talking about it won't make it better, but it won't make it worse either. Then maybe people could keep their minds on something just a little more positive. What do you think?

I TOTALLY agree, Chunky! I think that talking about it nonstop only makes it worse because then it's always on people's minds and they act accordingly. I think, in a situation like this, the power of positive thinking could be really strong! I'm no economist, but that's my opinion on it all. I'm totally with you on just being sick of it all over the news!

I wish we could just hear about the Kardashians and Licorice. (sigh) But SRSLY you need to turn that radio dial AWAY from NPR....never go back!!! Turn it to AM and look up online, what the local station number is for Glenn Beck/Sean Hannity/Michael Savage. They are WAY more honest and NOT liberal! Please! NEVER go back to the dark side again! :) Join the 9-12project @ www.the912project.com. Site is amazingly clear and right on! Sorry, I feel the same as you. At least we still have our entertainment news to change it up. :)

I think you should listen to music. Who drives to work to talk radio? Yuck! I agree, though, that positive thinking can go an awful long way.
